Common questions

Answers without the runaround.

Can BarnPilot tell me what an X-ray or vet report means?

BarnPilot can review vet checks, health records, X-rays, and other uploads, then return plain language context and questions to discuss with your veterinarian. It is not a replacement for a licensed veterinarian and does not provide a diagnosis.

How does the rest countdown work?

You enter the time your veterinarian recommends. BarnPilot counts it down and returns the horse to the active rotation when that period ends. BarnPilot does not choose the length of rest.

Why does weather depend on the horse profile?

The conditions use the horse's location and the facts you enter, such as clipping and turnout. If those details change, update the profile so the guidance reflects the horse standing in that location.

What happens if the barn has no signal?

BarnPilot saves supported work on the phone and sends it when a network returns. If something you entered disappears, contact support so we can investigate it.

Can I export or delete my data?

Yes. Email team@barnpilot.ai to request an export or account deletion. The privacy policy explains what is held and for how long.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions are billed by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, select BarnPilot, and tap Cancel Subscription.

Which languages does BarnPilot support?

English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, and German.

If something is urgent with a horse, do not wait for email support. Contact your licensed veterinarian or local emergency veterinary service.
